Be A Vendor

Thanks for volunteering your restaurant or bar to support Food for Greater Elgin!

As a participating vendor, you will receive:

A full page in our program book highlighting your establishment
Recognition on the Food For Greater Elgin website and Facebook page
Your name/logo on a sign at your table and recognition at the event (upon request)
Other promotional opportunities as they become available

We will provide each vendor with:

A 7’x7’ space with one (1) 8’ table, to use as the service table for guests
Tablecloth for your prep table, plates, napkins, and eating utensils for the food you serve
Access to electricity (upon request)

We ask that each vendor:

Bring tasting portions for 250 guests (we will confirm the actual amount as we get closer to the event)
Bring your own chafing dishes, serving utensils and warming units
Bring your own prep table (if needed)
Extension cord(s)
Consider providing a $25-100 gift card to your restaurant/establishment for a drawing (not required)
